Shankar Industries specializes in producing high-integrity High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) aluminum components engineered for demanding automotive, industrial engineering, and electrical home appliance applications. Operating from our 15,500 sq. ft. facility, we combine advanced thermal control, precision tooling, and stringent process controls to deliver lightweight, durable castings with exceptional dimensional accuracy.

Equipped with 5 high-tonnage die casting machines (1 × 250T and 4 × 180T), our production lines yield up to 80 tons per month. We regularly process certified aluminum alloy grades including ADC12, ALSI 132, ADC6, LM24, and LM6, adhering strictly to ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 quality standards.

1. Design & Tooling

Feasibility review, die cavity preparation, and optimal thermal parameter calibration.

2. High Pressure Cast

Molten aluminum alloy is injected under high pressure into steel dies for dense structural integrity.

3. Cooling & Trimming

Controlled ejection, gating removal, and automated trimming for net-shape accuracy.

4. Quality Audit

Dimensional measurement, porosity verification, and final inspection release.
