High Pressure Aluminum Die Casting
Service Overview

High-Pressure Aluminum Die Casting Solutions

Shankar Industries is a premier manufacturer specializing in High-Pressure Aluminum Die Casting (HPDC) solutions for high-integrity, precision components. Equipped with 5 high-tonnage die casting machines (1 × 250T and 4 × 180T), our 15,500 sq. ft. facility delivers a robust production capacity of 80 tons per month.

We process premium aluminum grades including ADC12, ALSI 132, ADC6, LM24, and LM6 to produce lightweight and durable products with tight dimensional tolerances. Whether manufacturing complex engine covers, electrical enclosures, or structural engineering parts, our ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 certified processes guarantee zero-defect quality and consistent performance.

Casting Applications

Automotive Components

Engine brackets, gearbox housings, oil pans, rocker covers, and pump bodies.

Electrical Components

Heat sinks, motor end-caps, terminal boxes, LED lighting housings, and enclosures.

Industrial Engineering

Pneumatic valve housings, industrial motor frames, flange connectors, and structural fittings.

Aluminum Die Casting Process

1. Melting & Refining

Aluminum alloys are melted in temperature-controlled furnaces and degassed for purity.

2. High-Pressure Injection

Molten aluminum is injected under high pressure into pre-heated precision die cavities.

3. Solidification & Ejection

Rapid cooling solidifies the metal before automated pin ejection releases the casting.

4. Trimming & Inspection

Gating removal, automated trimming, and 100% quality verification against drawings.

Industries Served

Automotive Applications

Two-wheeler, four-wheeler, and commercial vehicle engine & powertrain parts.

Electrical & Appliances

Home appliance motors, power tool housings, and electrical switchgear assemblies.

Industrial Engineering

Heavy machinery components, hydraulic valve bodies, and structural brackets.
